Accessibility

Unfortunately, we could not make the area of ​​Villa Erzsébet and the entrance to the house barrier-free for wheelchairs. 

Furnishings

Do not take furniture and household items out of the house. If you still need it, let us know. You may use the tools and furnishings as intended, only at your own risk.

If you leave the house to go hiking, programming, boating, etc., always close the gate and the house. We cannot take responsibility for your personal belongings that go missing while you are away.

Cleaning services

We do not provide daily cleaning during your stay at Villa Erzsébet. We hand over the apartment spotlessly clean and will clean it again on the day of your departure.

Loudness

We created the house and its surroundings to create an intimate and romantic atmosphere for couples, and to provide a calm and peaceful rest for families. 

You may also meet neighbors, so be respectful towards them.  

Setting fire, smoking

Do not start a fire in the house or its area. Do not light candles or smoke in the house (electronic cigarettes are also not allowed). Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Extinguish the cigarette butt carefully in the ashtray on the terrace. Never poke the stems into the garden. The apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm. 

Toilet use

Do not throw wet wipes or baby wipes directly into the toilet, because they cause blockages. The channel works with a lifting system and substances that do not dissolve in water lead to blockages. Throw the used wipes in the garbage container located in the room. 

Cooling-heating

You can keep the apartment cool in the summer with air conditioning. We ask that you do not leave the terrace door and windows open if the air conditioner is running.
